Our Technology

Sapphire Base

Insulating substrates can be a useful tool in reducing the sensitivity of bulk devices to ionizing radiation. By utilizing an insulator layer to separate the active region and the inactive substrate, such as with Silicon on Insulator (SOI), parasitic capacitance can be lowered and resistance to latchup can be increased. Silicon on Sapphire (SOS) is a hetero-epitaxial technique of the SOI family that has been found to have much greater radiation-tolerance than ordinary commercial grade IC chips.

Enabling multi layers

Our substrate base exhibits a remarkable level of thermal conductivity, which enables us to fabricate multilayer materials that yield composite semiconductors with superior efficiency.

Technology

Healthier food and safe farming for
Everyone

With Polymatech technology, farming has become more accessible and sustainable. By eliminating the need for pesticides and fertilizers, we can grow organic food anywhere, using safe water. Join us in our mission to promote healthier and more sustainable food production.

Our communication Technology

Introducing our cutting-edge communication TX and RX chips, built with GaN technology. With lightning-fast data transmission and reception capabilities, our chips are the perfect solution for data transfers, especially in satellite communication. Upgrade your communication systems with our GaN-based chips and experience the difference in speed and efficiency.

Machine vision

Our cutting-edge machine vision system is designed to provide ultra-high precision and sharp image processing. With our advanced technology of ultra-low vision degradation using Nd:YAG (neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet; (Nd:Y3Al5O12), machine manufacturers can now supply stable vision without the need for multi-point analysis in software. This not only saves time but also enables faster imaging processes.

Skin Penetration

Our emitters provide a non-invasive solution for medical professionals to view beneath the skin's surface, allowing for more accurate and effective treatment of patients. With our technology, there is no need to cause damage to the patient's body in order to gain valuable insights.
