Fuji Rubber Co., Ltd started production in Daito-ku, Asakusa Shorohama-cho in Tokyo. Headquarter was established in Chuo-ku, Ginza.
1991 - January
Company name was changed to Fuji Polymatech Co., Ltd
1997 - December
Company name was changed to Polymatech Co., Ltd
2007 - May
Polymatech Co., Ltd., Japan Incorporated daughter Company “Polymatech Electronics Private Limited, Oragadam, Kancheepuram, TN, India” with Polymatech Company Limited Japan having 51% share and Polymatech (Malaysia) SDN BHD having 49%
2018 - August
Sold Polymatech Electronics Private Limited to Nandam Family through Share Purchase Agreement.
